Your lift tickets are valid at both Palisades and Alpine, giving you access to over 6,000 skiable acres. This experience is sure to be unforgettable. Your lift tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, meaning they can not be shared between multiple people. You will be able to pick up your tickets at either the Alpine Lodge or The Village at Palisades Tahoe base area, or you can request to have them mailed to you post-purchase. I have an Ikon Pass. How do I redeem my friends & Family tickets?
You can purchase your tickets online or in person. Please visit our Ikon Pass Friends & Family Lift Tickets page for complete online booking instructions. To purchase tickets in person, you can visit any ticket window in The Village at Palisades Tahoe or the Alpine Lodge any day of the week during operating hours. Ikon Pass Friends & Family Tickets do not sell out.
Can I have my lift tickets mailed to me?
If you know what date(s) you will be visiting, you can fill out our Mailing Request Form at least 2 weeks (14 days) in advance to have the tickets mailed to you. Our contact center can also be reached at 800-403-0206 between the hours of 8:30am and 4pm PST daily if you have questions.
What is your cancelation policy?
Daily lift tickets can be canceled up until 3 pm two days prior to the lift ticket date. Within two days of your lift ticket date, your ticket can be rescheduled for any day during the current winter season. If no cancellations or rescheduling are requested by 5 pm on the day of the ticket, the ticket will be forfeited and no refund or changes will be granted.
How do I cancel my lesson or rental?

Why do the prices change for your lift tickets?
Our lift ticket prices are subject to change based on seasonality and/or availability. If you see a price range listed, it is likely adjusted for midweek/weekend.
Lift Tickets for Lodging Guests at The Village at Palisades Tahoe Hotel
Guests who stay with us at The Village at Palisades Tahoe get exclusive access to discounted lift tickets. These lift tickets are a flat-rate deal, and they are valid nearly every day of the season with just a few blackout dates. Tickets can only be purchased for use during the dates of your stay. You must confirm proof of lodging reservation to purchase.
