Lodging guests at the Village at Palisades Tahoe can access 8 outdoor hot tubs located in the base area. Please note: the High Camp pool and hot tub at the top of the mountain are closed for Summer 2022.
I am flying into Reno Tahoe International Airport (RNO). Do you have a shuttle?
Palisades Tahoe does not have an airport shuttle, but we recommend booking with the North Lake Tahoe Express to get to and from the resort. The drive is about 45 minutes, and you can schedule your pick-up/drop-off time via their website.
Do you have air conditioning?
The Village at Palisades Tahoe does not have central air conditioning. To help alleviate this issue, guests are encouraged to open any windows and utilize the in-room fan(s). The temperatures at nights are cool, ranging on average between 40 to 55 degrees, which along with the opening of windows and usage of fan(s), will help to cool the room.
Premier and Premier Plus Suites have an air conditioning unit in every room. Standard suites do not have air conditioning.
What is the difference between a standard room and a premier room?
Premier units, only available in One Bedroom Suites or larger, offer modern furnishings, stainless steel appliances, flat-screen televisions, and air conditioning in each room. Standard rooms or units may not have all of these available.

Are all of your rooms the same? Will the room I’m staying in look just like the pictures?

- Please note that The Village at Palisades Tahoe does not have central air conditioning. To alleviate this issue, we have portable air conditioning units in most of the rooms, however, this is not as efficient and cooling as central air conditioning. The temperatures at night are cool, ranging on average between 40 and 55 degrees. You will find that opening your window and using the fan cools the room should you find the temperature uncomfortable.
