HOA Dues Payments
Your HOAs are going paperless. Starting June 1st, 2021 all statements will be emailed via Bill.com

HOA Meeting Schedules
- First Ascent HOA Board Meetings are the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 4pm held via Zoom
- 22 Station HOA Board meetings are the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 4pm, held via Zoom
- Annual Homeowners Meeting, October 9th (no regular Board meeting in October)
Certain Unit Renovation and Alteration requires HOA Board approval. Examples of items that require Board approval include, but are not limited to
- Installation of Hardwood/Vinyl Flooring
- Installation or Renovation of Tile/Slate Flooring
- Renovation/Alteration pertaining to Electrical
- Renovation/Alteration pertaining to Plumbing
- Removal or install of off door(s), walls, etc.
Making an Owner Reservation
Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call reservations at 866-818-6963, option 1. This is the direct line to our call center. You can expect to receive a return email within 24 hours. This is the communication tool we highly recommend using as you have everything in writing.
Requesting an Owner Clean
Email email@example.com. Please allow 48 hours for scheduled cleans (a message left after 5pm will be picked up the next morning and 48 hours starts then).
