What is the Palisades Tahoe Apex Club?
The Palisades Tahoe Apex Club is a new premium program that offers exclusive access, personalized service, and specialized amenities for guests who want an elevated mountain experience.

- Apex Lounge (in The Village at Palisades Tahoe):
- Daily service 7:30am -5:00pm
- Concierge service

How do I join the Apex Club?

What spaces are now dedicated to Apex Club members?
The former Plaza Bar has been reimagined into the to Apex Lounge, a private space designed for Apex Club members. In addition, our Ski Patrol has relocated to a new space at Gold Coast, and their previous office has been reimagined as the Oro Bar, also reserved for Apex Club members.
To make up for these changes, we’ve added more public seating and new amenities in Olympic House, including expanded areas in Bar One and Wildflour, along with six new big-screen TVs for guests to enjoy.

Who can become a member of the Apex Club?
Any Palisades Tahoe guest may become a member of the Apex Club. Only 200 memberships are available only while supplies last. The Apex Club does not include lift access, so a season pass, Ikon Pass, or daily lift ticket also needs to be purchased for mountain access.
Can I join the Apex Club later this season?
Apex Club memberships are limited. If inventory remains available later into the season, they will remain available for purchase.
Does the Apex Club membership include mountain access?
No. The Apex Club is an upgrade to a valid season pass, Ikon Pass, or daily lift ticket for mountain access.
Can Ikon Pass holders become members of the Apex Club?
Yes. the Apex Club is available for purchase by Ikon Pass holders, pending availability.
How do I receive my Apex Club pass?
Your Apex Club pass must be picked up in person at any Palisades Tahoe Guest Services window starting December 1, 2025. Passes will not be mailed.
How long is an Apex Club membership valid?
An Apex Club membership and benefits are valid from December 12, 2025 – April 12, 2026.

How many Apex Club memberships will be sold each year?
Quantities are intentionally limited and available only while supplies last.
What does priority lift access mean?
Priority lift access allows Apex Club members to use a priority lift line that is exclusive to Apex Club members and our Mountain Sports School users with instructors.

How does Apex Club benefit the community?
A portion of the proceeds from every Apex Club membership will go directly to the Palisades Tahoe Community Foundation, supporting their vison to foster the passion of our community by providing access, educational opportunities and a place to gather and celebrate our lifestyle.
How does Apex Club benefit the resort as a whole?

Is the Apex Club membership transferable to any other Ikon Pass destinations?
No. The Apex Club membership is only valid at Palisades Tahoe and is not transferable.
How does Apex Club preferred parking work?
Apex Club members will receive a parking hangtag in the mail. The hangtag needs to be in the car upon arrival for each visit and grants access to the three-tiered parking structure located next to the Members Locker Room.
Where do I park with an Apex Club parking pass?
Apex Club members will park the three-level structure next to the Members Locker Room. Specific parking spaces will not be assigned within the preferred Apex Club Pass parking section.
