Immerse yourself in three days of focused practice and fun in the mountains with like-minded women

Spend three days exploring all corners of Palisades Tahoe's legendary terrain to take your skiing and fun to the next level. Taught by the top women pros specially trained in coaching women. Plus, this unique 3-day experience is now open to the public!

Registration opens October 16th at 10am.

  • Priority lift line access -- Skip any line!
  • Après ski events with guest lecturers, video reviews, & end-of-lesson summaries
  • Après events will include a ski selection clinic & a yoga session at Palisades Yoga focusing on body awareness, mobility & movements which complement the skiing technique we practice on the hill.
  • Welcome & Orientation on Sunday night from 5-7pm
  • Course Guidebook with relevant content and comprehensive boot fitting information

What is considered an “Expert” skier?
You want to explore some of the most challenging and technical terrain on the mountain.

What is considered an “Advanced” skier?
You want to improve your black diamond skiing and learn skills to ski this terrain with more confidence.

What is an “Intermediate” skier?
You want to improve your technique on blue runs and develop new skills to ski more of the mountain with confidence.

What is the minimum skier ability level required to participate?
Participants should be comfortable on some groomed blue runs, want to improve their skills on all blue groomed runs, and venture into ungroomed blue territory.

Can I reserve my WOW clinic ahead of time?
Absolutely. Advanced reservation of our Women of Winter Camp is required at least 7 days in advance. By space availability thereafter. Reservations can be made online and over the phone at 800-403-0206.

Can both snowboarders take the WOW clinic?
The Women of Winter camps are for skiers only.

Are there any age restrictions in WOW Clinics?
Yes, Women of Winter clinics are for ages 18 and up.

My instructor was great and I would like to show my appreciation! Is it appropriate to tip my instructor?
Gratuities are not expected but are always appreciated.

WillI ski at both Palisades and Alpine during my WOW Camp?
Yes, the camp will ski the first and third day at Palisades. The second day the camp will ski at Alpine. Specific terrain may vary based on weather and conditions.

Is dinner included?

No, dinner is not included with camp. You may eat dinner or get takeout from of our many Village restaurants. Lunch will be provided for 3 days during your camp.

What should I bring?

Please bring:
  • Sunscreen above SPF 15
  • Water bottle
  • Appropriate layered clothing to be outdoors for several hours
  • Waterproof gloves or mittens. If it is snowing consider bringing a second pair
  • Goggles are strongly recommended
  • A snack in your pocket for eating on the chairlift

Where should I stay?

We recommend staying at The Village at Palisades Tahoe.

How can I cancel my booking?
Please use the Palisades Tahoe Lessons cancellation form to submit for your cancellation. Please do not call or email to cancel your booking. Lessons, clinics, and guides are fully refundable until 3 pm 2 days prior to your lesson. Group Lessons and daily Clinics that are canceled after 3 pm 2 days prior to your lesson will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Private Lessons and Guides that are canceled after 3 pm 2 days prior to your lesson will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Same day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. 3-Day Camps are fully refundable until 3 pm 7 days prior to start of Camp. Cancellations made within 7 days of the Camp start date are non-refundable.

Need Lift Tickets?
We recommend the 4 Day Lift Pack. This pack gives you any 4 days of skiing with no blackout dates. Use the first three days for lift access during the Women of Winter clinic, and then you get to use the fourth day whenever you'd like. Maybe you can even come back with a new friend from this camp!
