Take a scenic Aerial Tram ride with views of Lake Tahoe


This panoramic 10-minute ride soars above the iconic Tram Face, offering stunning mountain vistas and beautiful views of Lake Tahoe itself, ending at Palisades Tahoe's High Camp. High Camp is located at 8,200 feet above sea level. Once you get up to High Camp, you will find dining establishments, displays and museums, and some of the best panoramic views in the Sierra Nevada.

Free Aerial Tram Rides
Your 26/27 Ikon Pass gives you free access to our iconic Aerial Tram.

Dogs on leash are also welcome to ride the Aerial Tram during summer months for sightseeing and hiking up top. Dogs ride for free, or you can get a keepsake Palisades Tahoe Pet Pass for just $10--all proceeds go to the Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe. Dogs are not allowed on the Aerial Tram during ski operations.
