Here you will encounter boutique wines, hard to find labels, and limited case productions from California and around the world. Uncorked features 18 different wines by the glass and flights (3, 2oz. pours). Their selection is thoughtfully curated with a strong focus on European and California wine producers with an emphasis on mindful farming practices. Selections change bi-monthly, so there is always something new to try.
