Dust off your lederhosen and grab a cowbell! Febtoberfest is taking over the Alpine! Join The Chalet as we celebrate our 51st year at Alpine with Oktoberfest in February, featuring a cowbell ski parade, Bavarian vibes, DJ tunes, beer specials, and classic alpine competitions.

Dust off your lederhosen and grab a cowbell! Febtoberfest is taking over the Alpine! Join The Chalet as we celebrate our 51st year at Alpine with Oktoberfest in February, featuring a cowbell ski parade, Bavarian vibes, DJ tunes, beer specials, and classic alpine competitions.
Event Schedule
Cowbell Ski Parade
11:30–11:45 AM
The party kicks off at TLC Mid-Station around 11:30–11:45am, where guests will gather and receive cowbells before skiing down together. At 12:00pm, the Cowbell Ski Parade officially begins! Skiers and riders will cruise down Weasel Run, ringing cowbells all the way to The Chalet in true alpine festival fashion.
Cowbells available while supplies last!
Biergarten Party at The Chalet
12:00–3:00 PM
Upon arrival, the celebration continues in The Chalet’s sunny on-snow biergarten and snowbeach. Pop your skis on the rack, grab a drink, and settle in while a DJ spins Oktoberfest-inspired tunes all afternoon.
We’ll be joined by Trumer Brewery, pouring their iconic Trumer Pils, brewed to the exact standards of the Reinheitsgebot - the German Beer Purity Law. $8 pints of Trumer Pils will be available at all Chalet bars during the event.
Looking to upgrade your pour? We’ll also have novelty Beer Boot Steins available for purchase, yours to keep and perfect for Febtoberfest bragging rights.
Costumes, Competitions & Prizes
Come dressed to impress! Bavarian and Oktoberfest-themed attire is highly encouraged, with a costume contest and prizes for best dressed. Throughout the afternoon, test your strength and skills in classic Chalet-style competitions, including:
