In addition to our annual Torchlight Parade, we'll have live music, children's games, an East Coast ball drop and late night concert.

Let's rock out the end of 2022 with The Nomads at Palisades Tahoe. The Nomads perform vintage rock n’ roll covers by Led Zeppelin, Joan Jett, Pat Benatar, AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Heart, Rolling Stones, Stevie Nicks, Tom Petty, Scorpions, Van Halen, Aerosmith, Blondie, and more! Featuring Lake Tahoe local legendary Barry Thys - former Men’s Downhill US Ski Team from the early '80s & Epic Cushing Classic champion. Barry has a local SUPER STAR lineup in store for this show including:
Jeff Martin, legendary singer and drummer from Racer X, Badlands, and Fortress
Kandy Xander, frontwoman from Metal Echo and Honey Vixen
Local metal rockers Dave Hatchett & George Grass from Fortress

Skate for Scotty New Year's Eve Fundraiser
The Scotty Lapp Foundation was created from love and a dream. The organization’s first big project will be to raise funds for the Scotty Lapp Memorial Skatepark. The Foundation is hosting a Fundraiser on Saturday, December 31st to create a safe skatepark in or near Tahoe City that has a positive vibe for people of all ages to practice their sport, have fun, and just be themselves. The Skate for Scotty team has produced an electrifying night to enter 2023, energized with music, lasers, lights, and a balloon drop at The Olympic Valley Event Center. In memory of Scotty Lapp, let’s come together to make an epic place for our community to gather. He’d want us to have fun, so dress up and boogie down.
