Tahoe Truckee Earth Day 2024
The largest Earth Day celebration in the North Lake Tahoe area.
This free, environmental-education event is a community tradition that takes place in The Village at Palisades Tahoe from 11am-5pm and allows kids and adults to learn about recycling, composting, alternative energy, and sustainability through hands-on activities the whole family can enjoy. The event provides residents and visitors an opportunity to learn about the various environmental issues that affect the North Lake Tahoe – Truckee Region. Plus, don't miss hours of free live music by local bands.

- Enjoy educational booths on the topics of watershed health, forest health, pollution prevention, alternative energy, waste management, and more.

The goal of Tahoe Truckee Earth Day is to connect the community with the people and resources found in our region who foster innovation, initiate change and ultimately implement an equitable partnership for a green planet. For continued fun, check out our sister event on April 27th in South Lake Tahoe here.
The Tahoe Truckee Earth Day Festival is a zero-waste event. Food and biodegradable waste will be collected by volunteers of Keep Truckee Green and California Conservation Corps.
