Reservation Policies
- 4 hours is the minimum amount required to book charter service (cannot be split)
- Signed contract, payment information, and 50% deposit are due at the time of booking
- $300 minimum fee imposed for any befouling or other necessary excessive cleanup
- There is a $250 per hour surcharge for charters that end after midnight
- “Travel Time” charge is per hour travel time to destination where client wishes to start/end charter
- Golf Carts do not travel past sunset
- Gas surcharge may apply to services over 100 miles.
- Cancellation Policy: up to 14 days prior to the departure date result in a refund less a $100.00 handling fee. 50% of total deposit and/or trip fee is nonrefundable if Charter is cancelled within 14 days of the Charter date.
