On this page, you will find information regarding our Corporate Discount Program, which provides discounted rates for businesses participate in our program. If your Benefits Program Administrator has not yet given you a company URL to access your discount, please retrieve that before going any further. Please see below for winter activities included in the Corporate Discount Program.

PROGRAM GUIDELINES AND DETAILS


Employees are required to use their company or member email address when purchasing products in the Palisades Tahoe Corporate Product Store. Palisades Tahoewill conduct ongoing usage audits. Sharing of Palisades TahoeCorporate Discount Partnership URL via social media channels is forbidden. Suspicion of improper usage or sharing Palisades TahoeCorporate Discount Partnership URL may result in suspension or termination of partnership. Corporate Tickets/Vouchers/Barcodes purchased in previous seasons are no longer valid and may not be used as a credit towards the purchase of any products.

  • All sales are final.
  • No exchanges.

No maximum quantity is enforced; current employees are welcome to purchase as many tickets and available packages as they wish for friends and family. Tickets and packages are not for resale. Tickets and packages may not be resold on any website or social media platform including, but not limited to CraigsList, Ebay, or Facebook. Tickets and lessons may not be resold on Palisades Tahoe property or premises.

Pricing is subject to change at Palisades Tahoe's discretion at any point during the season.

  • Tickets are date specific and are no longer valid any day of the season. You must use the ticket on the date the ticket is assigned to.
  • Tickets are only available for midweek, non-holiday dates at this time. Once we are able to do so, we will open up discounts on weekends and holidays for our corporate partners.

Follow these steps to purchase your ticket

  • The Benefit Program Administrator of your company or association will issue you a unique URL. This link will give you access to the discounted product offered in the program.
  • Any issues regarding the use of your URL need to be sent directly to your Benefit Program Administrator. Please do not reach out directly to Palisades Tahoe as this is a unique product offering.
  • Set your anticipated Arrival/Departure Date. Tickets are date specific this season so be mindful of the dates you select for your tickets. Tickets are only valid on the date they are assigned to and purchased for.
  • Please note – if your arrival date is 10+ days in the future, your tickets and lesson vouchers will be sent to your mailing address. The system will not allow you to pick up at the ticket window. If your arrival date is within the next 10 days, you will go to the ticket window to pick up your tickets and lessons.
  • Select the number of Adults, Teens and Children.
  • Select Check Availability. Please select the product you wish to purchase and review your order here. Change quantity by selecting “Change” button and selecting the total Package Price. Under options, you can edit quantity of tickets in order. Please review all information regarding the products you are purchasing. All sales are final. No exchanges. No refunds. Expired products have no value.
  • Sign In or Create A Profile. Please use your company or member email to create your profile.
  • Assign guest names to each ticket. This is a required field to move forward in check out process. If you are unsure who will be using the ticket, assign your own name. These tickets are transferrable so there is no requirement that you personally have to use the tickets assigned to your name. The system simply requires this field. The age requirement applies so be aware of the ages of individuals in your group. A Teen ticket cannot be used for an Adult and vice versa.
  • Enter Date of Birth for each guest. If you are unsure of the date of birth of each guest, you may use your own multiple times. These tickets are transferrable so there is no requirement that you personally have to use the tickets assigned to your birthdate. The system simply requires this field.
  • Review your order. Review our terms & conditions and our cancellation policy and check the box. You can save your itinerary here and revisit at a later date to complete your order.
  • If you are satisfied with your order, you may checkout.

The person purchasing the lift ticket (head of household), must be the one to pick up the lift tickets at the resort with a valid ID. If multiple lift tickets are purchased in one transaction, only the purchaser is authorized to pick up all of the lift tickets at the resort.
Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need to set at least one night between arrival/departure?
This is a system requirement. You can set any range of dates with at least one day in between.

Are lift tickets assigned to a specific date?
Tickets are date specific this season so be mindful of the dates you select for your tickets. Tickets are only valid on the date they are assigned to and purchased for.


Where do I pick up my tickets and lessons?
Orders with tickets only – For arrival dates set 10+ days in the future, your tickets will be sent directly to the shipping address listed in your order. For arrival dates set within 10 days, your tickets will be available for pick up at the Ticket Window at Olympic Valley or Alpine Meadows.

Orders with lessons only – We suggest that you arrive at the Meeting Area, ready to go skiing or snowboarding, 15 minutes prior to the start time. If rentals are needed allow at least 1 hour for fitting and up to 1.5 hours on peak holiday periods. Our rental and demo centers open at 8:30am. Check-in at Ski School Sales & Rental Center in Olympic House at Olympic Valley or at the Rental Shop at Alpine Meadows.

Who has to pick up the Corporate Lift Tickets at the ski resort?
The person purchasing the lift ticket (head of household), must be the one to pick up the lift tickets at the resort with a valid ID. If multiple lift tickets are purchased in one transaction, only the purchaser is authorized to pick up all of the lift tickets at the resort.


Are lessons assigned to a specific date?
Yes. Lessons are date specific and can only be used on the day that they are assigned to. Lessons are fully refundable until 5pm three days prior to the lesson. Where do my lessons meet?
Check-in at Ski School Sales & Rental Center in Olympic House at Olympic Valley or at the Rental Shop at Alpine Meadows. Group lessons with only 1 (one) participant will end at 1pm.


Do my tickets or lessons “roll over” to next season as a credit if I don’t use them this season?

No. All sales are final. No exchanges. No refunds. Expired products have no value.

Can I pick up tickets or lessons that are not under my name?
No. Tickets need to be assigned to guest picking up tickets. If tickets are going to be picked up by another individual, the purchaser needs to call in and place tickets under will call under the name of the individual who will be picking up ticket.

Lessons are assigned to guest names. Please use the name of the individual who is taking the lesson upon purchase.

Why is the guest name required for lift tickets?
This is a system requirement to ensure that the correct product is assigned to the guest.


Does the name assigned to the ticket have to be used by that individual?
For lift Tickets, no. You can share tickets that have assigned names as long as the age requirement is met.

For lessons, yes. You must have the individual present who purchased the lesson.


Can I book tickets and lessons for friends & family?
Yes. Employees and members of participating parties can purchase tickets for friends & family.


Is there a minimum or maximum number of tickets and lessons?

No. There is no limit or maximum number of tickets or lessons employees and members can purchase. Please remember that all sales are final. No exchanges. No refunds. Expired products have no value.

How do I know what level lesson I should take?
Please refer to the Determine My Level tab for a full overview on lesson levels.

Can I share this link outside my company or member base?
No. If the link is shared outside the company or association or there is any reason for suspicious activity, access to this program will be shut down. The agreement between your company or association will be terminated and this perk will no longer be available to your company or association. Please follow all guidelines closely for this program.

How early should I arrive to my Adult Group Lesson?

Can children attend Adult Group Lessons?
Adult Group Lessons are for guests 13 years of age and older. Guests 12 years of age and younger may sign up for a Olympic Valley Kids or Alpine Kids Group Lesson or a Private Lesson. For adults who wish to ski with children younger than 13 we recommend a Private Lesson, which can accommodate up to 4 persons.


Can I leave my Adult Group Lesson early?
Individuals attending an Adult Group Lesson may leave whenever they want. Start and end times are designed to allow parents/guardians ample time to drop off and pick up children attending a Olympic Valley or Alpine Kids Group Lesson.


Is lunch included in my Adult Group Lesson?

Lunch is not included in our daily Group Lessons. Guests are encouraged to have at least $15 on hand for food and beverages for the day. Guests packing a lunch are encouraged to bring it with them at the start of the day.

Will my instructor eat lunch with me?
Your instructor stays with you the entire day. The time and place of your lunch break will be determined during the day by the group and your instructor. If you have plans to meet up with friends or family outside of the lesson please let your instructor know at the beginning of the day.


What if I need to take a break other than lunch?
We encourage guests to take breaks whenever needed. If you need a break other than those taken by the group simply let your instructor know and determine a place that you will meet back up. Your instructor will familiarize you with restroom locations at the beginning of the lesson.

What should I wear?
We recommend guests wear waterproof pants, gloves, and jacket, as well as a warm hat, goggles, and tall socks. Weather can change quickly and is often very different from the village to the upper mountain, so we suggest guests dress in layers so they can adjust to changing conditions. Sunscreen and lip balm are also necessary to protect your skin from sun and wind burn.

My instructor was great and I would like to show my appreciation! Is it appropriate to tip my instructor?
Gratuities are not expected but are always appreciated.
