Seasonal parking is only available on the Palisades side of Palisades Tahoe, not the Alpine side. The seasonal preferred parking passes give access to all tiers for the preferred parking structure located by the Members Locker Room. The 2023-24 parking passes will be valid for the duration of the 2023-24 Winter season.

This parking pass is great for skiers and snowboarders who aren't planning to visit on the weekends. This product is valid from Monday to Friday, excluding holiday periods, and is available at a cost of $1,200 for the winter season.

2023/24 Parking Pass Details
Price: $1,200
Valid Monday through Friday only for the 2023-24 winter season
Restricted Dates: All Saturdays and Sundays, plus December 25th to 29th 2023, January 15th, 2024, and February 19th to 23rd 2024.
Preferred Seasonal Parking

Preferred Parking for the 24/25 season is not yet on sale. Existing preferred pass holders will be given first priority for renewal. Any remaining spots will then be available to the waitlist. To be added to our waitlist, please fill out our Preferred Parking Waitlist Form. Please note: The waitlist is ongoing so you only need to add yourself once.
