6,000 skiable acres. 42 chairlifts. Something challenging and exciting for every type of skier or snowboarder.
High Camp Beginner Area
Learn with some of the best views of Lake Tahoe in the basin. Beginners don’t have to start out at the very base of the mountain. You can be at 8,200 feet enjoying gentle slopes and a true mountain experience. Lifts like Bailey’s Beach and Mountain Meadow can be accessed from High Camp, after a ride up our scenic Aerial Tram.
Alpine's Progressive Terrain
Alpine’s Meadow and Subway lifts are the perfect spots for your introduction to skiing or riding. When you’re feeling more confident, you can move to intermediate spots like Lakeview or Treeline Cirque. Alpine’s terrain is great for advancement: You can easily move from one lift to another as you learn.
