Adaptive Pass Eligibility

Anyone determined to have a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities is eligible for an Adaptive Pass. Palisades Tahoe qualifies a disability as a physical, mental, or sensory impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities, such as caring for oneself, performing manual tasks, walking, seeing, hearing, speaking, breathing, learning, or working. Visual Impairments: Guests who are legally blind (20/200 vision in the better eye) through total blindness qualify, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Please Note: Physician diagnosis is required. Wearing corrective lenses alone does not qualify as a disability under ADA standards.
