The Village at Palisades Tahoe offers a range of accommodations from Standard Rooms to Three Bedroom Suites. Premier units, only available in One Bedroom Suites or larger, offer modern furnishings, stainless steel appliances, flat-screen televisions, and air conditioning in each room.

Premier One Bedroom Suite
Perfect for a small family or a couple, premier one bedroom suites offer approximately 600 sq. ft. and comfortably sleep up to 4 guests. Suites are fully furnished with modern design elements. Kick back with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a pull out queen sized sofa in the spacious living room. Also features a gas fireplace, heated floors, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a private balcony. Unit will have at least one A/C portable unit.

One Bedroom Suite
Perfect for a small family or a couple, standard one bedroom suites offer approximately 600 sq. ft. and comfortably sleep up to 4 guests. Suites are fully furnished with older furniture, including a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a pull-out queen-sized sofa in the spacious living room, dining area with seating for 4, a gas fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, and a private balcony.

The second bedroom features a queen or full-size bed and additional closet space. The third bedroom features queen, twin, or bunk beds and additional closet space, plus a pull-out sofa in the spacious living room. Also features a gas fireplace, heated floors, flat-screen TVs in each bedroom, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a private washer/dryer, and a private balcony.

Three Bedroom Suite
A great option for your large group, this unit offers 1350 sq. ft. and sleeps up to 8. Suites are fully furnished: the primary bedroom features a king-size bed with ample closet space, second bedroom features queen or full-size bed and additional closet space, third bedroom features queen, twin or bunk beds and additional closet space, plus a pull-out sofa in the spacious living room. Standard Room
One of the best values in The Village at Palisades Tahoe. Our cozy standard rooms offer approximately 250 sq. ft., warm custom furnishings, a mini-fridge, and comfortably sleep up to 2 guests. These rooms have a microwave, a queen sofa sleeper, and a queen size bed.

Studio Suites
Budget-conscious option with a little extra space, Studio Suites offer approximately 500 sq. ft. of space and comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. These rooms have a queen size bed and spacious living area which includes queen size sofa sleeper. Also features a full kitchen stocked with cooking utensils, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and range, and hydronic heating system used to heat kitchen and bathroom floors.

PLEASE NOTE
All units are individually owned and decorated. The Village at Palisades Tahoe does not have central air conditioning, air conditioning units are placed by the owner of the unit. The majority of our rooms have private balconies, fireplaces, and kitchens. Standard rooms do not have any of these amenities, while studios have fireplaces and full kitchens but no private balcony. All units are subject to availability. Additional restrictions may apply.

Our units do not have central air conditioning. While not as efficient and cooling as central air conditioning, the temperatures here at night are comfortable. When it cools down to between 40 and 55 degrees, we suggest opening your window and using the fan cools the room should you find the temperature uncomfortable. Premier and Premier Plus Suites have an air conditioning unit in every room. Standard suites do not have air conditioning.
