This form is ONLY for refunds/cancellations in advance. It is not for day-of cancellations.

If you need to reschedule a ticket, lesson or rental:
1. Fill out this cancellation form for your original order.
2. Book your lesson or rental at the new desired date.
3. You will get your cancellation refund in 10-14 days.
4. If you are having difficulty, you can give us a call at 1-800-403-0206.
If you need to cancel a lesson or rental:
Please use the
Palisades Tahoe cancellation form to submit for your cancellation. Please do not call or email to cancel your booking. Daily lift tickets can be canceled up until 3 pm, two days prior to the lift ticket date. Within two days of your lift ticket date, your ticket can be rescheduled for any day during the current winter season. To reschedule your ticket, please bring your ticket to any ticketing location or call us at 800-403-0206.

Lessons are fully refundable until 3pm 2 days prior to your lesson. Lessons and Rentals that are canceled after 3pm 2 days prior to your lesson will incur a $25 instructor-rebooking or cancellation fee. Failure to show up or day-of lesson cancellations are non-refundable. If no cancellations or rescheduling are requested by 5 pm on the day of the ticket, the ticket will be forfeited and no refund or changes will be granted.

The Tahoe Super 4-Pack, Midweek 4-Pack, Tahoe Super 2-Pack, and Spring Ticket Trio are non-refundable.
