Race against friends, family & other skiers on our NASTAR racecourse located at the top of Shirley Lake's Jimmie Heuga Express run.In celebration of Mikaela Shiffrin's historic World Cup win record, Palisades Tahoe and select Ikon Pass destinations have committed to making recreational ski race course FREE for the rest of this winter and beyond. 30% off Tubing on Thursdays
Enjoy a fun, on-snow activity for the whole family! Get 30% off of a 1-hour session of tubing on Thursday between 11am and 3pm. You can reserve online or walk right up to our activity building near the bottom terminal of the Far East chairlift to sign up for a slot. Please arrive 30 minutes before your desired timeslot to make your reservation. For example, if you'd like to do snow tubing at 11am, please arrive at 10:30 am. Snowtubing sessions run for 55 minutes starting at the top of the hour. This offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis on the same day only. We have a limited number of spots for each time slot.

To celebrate their partnership with The Stifel Palisades Tahoe Cup which takes place from February 23-25, Westfield Valley Fair & Westfield Galleria at Roseville are offering unlimited free valet to Ikon Pass holders now until August 31, 2024, at both mall locations. What will the 2024-25 Ikon & Ikon Base Pass blackout periods be at Palisades Tahoe?
Ikon Pass: There are no Holiday restrictions on the Ikon Pass.
Ikon Base Pass: December 26, 2024, to December 31, 2025, January 18-19, 2025, and February 15-16, 2025.
Ikon Session Pass 2-, 3-, and 4-Day: December 26, 2024, to December 31, 2025, January 18-19, 2025, and February 15-16, 2025.

Is there an Ikon Pass App to use with my Pass?
Yes, there is an Ikon Pass App, which allows you to keep manage your days and track your runs at all North American resorts. However, you cannot copy the data from the Ikon Pass App to the Palisades Tahoe App. The Palisades Tahoe App also has weather information, purchasing capabilities, real-time notifications, promo codes, and more.

Is there a Senior or Super Senior Ikon Pass?
No. In an effort to streamline the pass product offerings, the Ikon pass will not be available for the senior or super senior age category. The Ikon Pass gives guests access to 50+ destinations across the world. While the advantage of a senior discount is being discontinued, tremendous additional advantages are gained with the purchase of the Ikon Pass.

Palisades Tahoe offers a free, 80+ senior pass.

Is there an Ikon adaptive pass?
There currently is not an Ikon pass for adaptive athletes; however, we will continue to offer a Palisades Tahoe specific adaptive pass for the 2022-23 season. This pass is only valid at Palisades Tahoe and does not come with Ikon Pass benefits.

Can I use Resort Charge with my Ikon pass at Palisades Tahoe?
Even if you have had Resort Charge with Palisades Tahoe specifically or with the Ikon Pass in the past, you must log into your Ikon Pass account to set it up. You can call Ikon Pass if you need further assistance.

I have the Ikon Base pass and I want to ski During the Holiday break. Do I get discounted lift tickets on blackout days?
Yes, during holiday blackout periods, discounted day tickets are available for Ikon Base Pass or Ikon Session 4-Day holders to purchase. To purchase, please call us at 1-800-403-0206 or visit any of our ticket locations in person. Ikon Pass holders do not have blackout dates. These tickets cannot be purchased online.

What if I get injured this season? Can I get a refund on my pass?
Ikon passes are never refundable. You may purchase insurance when you buy your pass. You will only be eligible for some kind of credit if you purchase insurance. No exceptions.

Where do I park with an Ikon Pass?
Palisades Tahoe will continue with free and paid parking reservations for the 2024-2025 season. We expect the program to remain largely the same as this season but are committed to refining where possible to reduce friction points in the process. Stay tuned to receive updates for the 2024-2025 winter season.

Can I purchase Ikon Friends & Family tickets online?

Can I purchase Ikon Friends & Family tickets in person at the resort?
Yes, you can visit any ticket window at either base area to purchase tickets.

Can I use Ikon Friends & Family tickets on weekends? On holidays?
Ikon Pass Friends & Family tickets are valid any day with no blackout dates. Ikon Base Pass Friends & Family tickets are NOT valid on blackout dates. If you, the pass holder, would like to ski on a blackout date, we offer a 25% off "Blackout Day Ticket" that you can purchase in person.

Do Ikon Friends & Family tickets sell out?
No, there is not a capacity limit on Ikon Friends & Family tickets.

What is your cancelation policy?
Daily lift tickets can be canceled up until 3 pm two days prior to the lift ticket date. Within two days of your lift ticket date, your ticket can be rescheduled for any day during the current winter season. If no cancellations or rescheduling are requested by 5 pm on the day of the ticket, the ticket will be forfeited and no refund or changes will be granted.
