Increase your strength and flexibility as you practice mindful movements with one of our experienced and light-hearted yoga instructors before or after a day on Palisades Tahoe’s beautiful mountains.

The Palisades Yoga Studio has weekly classes in a variety of styles. Whether you are brand new to yoga, practice daily, or anything in between, you are welcome to attend all our classes. We specialize in teaching all levels! Are you looking to warm up from the inside out? Try a Yoga for Strength, Vinyasa, or Align & Flow class. Looking to keep it mellow after a long day on the slopes? Try any of our Relax or Gentle classes. Looking for a playful, moderate class? Join us for Aerial Yoga (details below). Reserve your spot online – walk ins are always welcome, our studio is spacious and beautiful, so we have plenty of room for you to spread out! But we do recommend advanced sign ups during our peak winter holiday season as well as for Aerial yoga because we have limited hammocks. Single class drop ins, class packs, and memberships are all available for purchase online and at the studio.

Join us for our unique and playful Aerial Yoga Classes!
Aerial yoga is an all-levels yoga practice (yes, this includes you first timers!) that incorporates the use of a single-point yoga hammock. You’ll still use a mat in this style of yoga, and you’ll see familiar poses like Downward Dog and Warrior III, but in a new way that uses the hammock as a prop for balance and alignment. You will stretch, swing, invert, build strength, and create traction along the spine while you are supported or suspended in an aerial hammock. At the end of class enjoy a heavenly floating Savasana.
