With our Worry-Free Guarantee, you can plan with confidence knowing that you have an opportunity for a refund and more flexible cancellation policies. Here's how it works: If you pre-purchased any of our 2021-22 winter products listed below, you locked in our low early-season rates and have until October 4, 2021 to obtain a FULL REFUND, no questions asked.

What products does the Worry-Free Guarantee cover?
The Worry-Free Guarantee covers specified products pre-purchased directly from Palisades Tahoe for the upcoming winter season. Products must be purchased no later than October 4. This includes ski team, seasonal lockers, preferred parking, ski school multi-week products, rentals and demos, activities such as tubing, online lift tickets, corporate tickets, group tickets, shop tickets, military, professional affiliate and adaptive season passes, and ticket packs such as the Tahoe Super 4 or Midweek 4 Packs.

Mountain Collective and Ikon passes are NOT included within the Worry-Free Guarantee program.


How do I request a refund?
Please fill out our Worry-Free Guarantee Request Form by October 4th, 2021.

What if the product I am purchasing already has a refund/cancellation policy such as lodging and ski school lessons?
In the event that a product has additional refund options outside of the Worry-Free Guarantee, the most preferable to you will be honored. For instance, depending on the cancellation policy for ski school lessons you will receive whatever policy is in your best interest.

Does the Worry-Free Guarantee cover Palisades Tahoe Adaptive and Military passes?
Yes, so long as they are purchased earlier than October 4th.

Does the Worry-Free Guarantee program apply to Ikon pass products?
The Worry-Free Guarantee does not apply to Ikon products or Mountain Collective. Please visit ikonpass.com for information on Ikon Pass purchases and Ikon's Adventure Assurance program.

Does the Worry-Free Guarantee program apply to products purchased from third parties?
No. The Worry-Free Guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from Palisades Tahoe.

When will the calculation and processing of refunds be completed?

Full refunds claimed by October 4th will be processed over the next few months. Refunds based on Covid-19 shortened season will be calculated as of May 31 (or later if the Resort is still operating).

If I request a full refund before October 4th, can I later change my mind and restore my product during the 20/21 season?
No, if you requested a refund prior to October 4th, you can only purchase a new product at its then-currently available price. If you requested a rollover prior to October 4th, you can apply the amount you paid as a credit towards the same product, at its then-currently available price.
