Group Elopement & Vow Renewal Celebration
Be part of something magical — the first-ever wedding event at our brand-new Alpine Landing ceremony site. Whether you're tying the knot for the first time or reaffirming your love, Alpine Ever After is a shared celebration for couples who want something unforgettable, beautiful, and stress-free.
Up to 50 couples will come together for a non-denominational group ceremony, followed by a joyful reception with stunning views, light bites, drinks, and wedding cake. Read this blog to discover more info about the venue.

- Date: Sunday, July 13th, 2025
- Time: Ceremony 4:00pm | Reception 4:30pm
- Location: Alpine Base Area
What's Included:
- Professionally led elopement or vow renewal ceremony
- Commemorative gift bag for each couple
- Lively reception with drinks, light appetizers, and a sparkling toast
- Up to 15% off lodging stays at The Village at Palisades Tahoe

Registration & Pricing
- Couples: $600 per couple (Includes ceremony & reception for 2 people)
- Guests: $125 per guest - up to 4 guests per couple
- Capacity: Limited to 50 couples
- Optional: 6" cutting cake $100
Marriage License Requirements
Couples intending to legally marry must bring a valid California Marriage License to check-in. The officiant and a witness will sign the license after the ceremony. Couples are responsible for returning the license to the county clerk to finalize the marriage and request a certified copy.
Check In Process:
- Time: 2:00 - 3:30pm
- Location: Check-in table
- Requirements:
- Valid ID for all attendees
- Event wristband (provided at check-in)
- CA Marriage License (for eloping couples only)
Photography:
Personal photographers are welcome but must be counted as one of your 4 guests if they stay for the reception. Palisades Tahoe will have a professional photographer on-site — share your favorite shots after the event for a chance to be featured!
Rain or Shine
The mountains are unpredictable, but love isn’t. The event will happen rain or shine, with relocation options in the event of extreme weather.
