Ikon Pass app users should add Palisades Tahoe to their list of "favorites" if they with to receive alerts and push notifications throughout the season. Users must ensure Ikon Pass app notifications and location sharing are turned on on their mobile device to receive messages.
Yes! If you have used the Palisades Tahoe app in past seasons and with to transfer your stats into the Ikon Pass app, you will need to do so manually, they will not transfer automatically. Login to the latest version of the Palisades Tahoe app and follow the pop-up instructions for previous season stat transfer. All stats must be transferred before the end of the 25/26 winter season. Be sure to download and use the Ikon Pass app to continue to track stats.
No, just ensure Automatic Updates are turned on to get the app's latest upgrades and features.
Yes, Pay with Pass is available at select Palisades Tahoe owned locations. This allows pass holders to scan to pay with the card on file and access Ikon Pass food and beverage and retail discounts.
Mountain Credits are credits stored in your Ikon Pass app that can be eared and redeemed in-person only at Palisades Tahoe owned food and beverage and retail locations. Ikon Pass holders can access their Mountain Credits by logging into the Ikon Pass app under the "Wallet" section. Ikon Pass holders will need to present the Mountain Credit QR code at check-out.
