To provide our guests with more flexibility Palisades Tahoe is offering the Worry-Free Guarantee program. If you have purchased one of our qualifying 2023-24 winter products and would like to request for a full refund, please fill out the below form no later than 4pm PST October 4, 2023. Please fill out the below form for each product refund request. The Worry-Free Guarantee does not apply to Ikon Passes.
Depending on request volume, please allow anywhere from 30-60 days for us to process your refund. For a list of qualifying products or more details on the program, please visit the Worry-Free Guarantee page.
